Rachelle Ware is an associate with the
firm of Alan Banov and Associates. Before becoming an
associate, in October 2007, Ms. Ware worked in our office
as a law clerk, assisting in various aspects of employment
law litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination,
wrongful discharge, retaliation, and breach of contract
cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ware interned at the
Legal Aid Society, the D.C. Office of the Attorney General,
and in the district office of U.S. Representative Rosa
DeLauro.
Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Ms. Ware earned
Bachelor of Science degrees, magna cum laude, in Political
Science, concentrating in comparative politics and Latin
American development, and Management, in 2004 from Southern
Connecticut State University, where she was awarded top
departmental honors. She received her Juris Doctor in
2007 from The George Washington University Law School.
While in law school, Ms. Ware participated in GWU’s
domestic violence clinic and represented local residents
in D.C. Superior Court as a student-trial attorney with
D.C. Law Students in Court Program.
Ms. Ware is admitted to practice in Virginia.
